Iwill be a cancer surviver!
August 25, 2007
I just found out yesterday that I have a stage 4 cancer. However, the drs, don’t know where it originated from. It really doesn’t matter anymore because it is in stage 4 the last stage. It is hard to believe that I have this disease. I wish I never had it. I will start chemotherpy next Thursday. I will probably start losing my hair after the second treatment. Oh well, what can I do. I think I will buy a red headed wig. ANd maybe somedays I will be blond.
Right now I have so many family and friends praying for me. God is so good. I know he will intervine is some way. I believe that he is a healer and a comforter. And I will trust in Him always.
Well my fellow readers I will keep you updated on my progress, and I know there will be much progress. So keep me in your prayers and thoughts. I only accept positive thoughts now!
God Bless
It has been a long time
August 3, 2007
Hi everyone,
It has been such a long time since I have written. I have been off work for about a month now, and I am loving every minute of my time off.
Two weeks after my graduation, I found out that I was very anemic. I knew that I wasn’t feeling very well for awhile. One saturday, as I walked to my car, my heart started to beat very fast, and I was very tired, I had to sit down in my car. When i finally relaxed enough, about 3 minutes, I went back into the house, where I started to sweat alot. And I got very pale. I felt better after about 10 minutes, but I still felt very weak. Later on that day, my best friend and my sister made me go to urgent care. They did an EKG and a chest x-ray, (because of a bad cough that i had.) Both tests were ok. The dr. ordered some blood tests. The next day, I went to see another dr, who ordered a heart stress test, but he did not see my blood test results. My stress test was sceduled for that Friday. I called my Dr. to go over my blood test results. His nurse called me a couple of days later. WE went over some things and she noticed couple of tests and said that she would have the dr look them over, I guess they were a little concerning.
On the day of my heart stress test, my pulse was at 130, it should be under 100. After the test the pulse was still high, and the nurse was concerned that it was still to high, she didn’t want me to go home like that. So she called the dr. The dr. finally looked over my blood tests and notice that my HBC was at 7.2 and should have been between 12-20. It was dangerously low. They said that I need to stay the night to do more tests and they wanted to give me an IV. So, that’s were I spent my Friday night. My friend and sister stayed with me the whole time. I am so thankful for good people in my life.
When I got home the next day, I realized that God gave me another chance to live. Today, I am taking care of my diabetes and I am taking all of my medications. My blood sugar is more controlled than it has ever been. I didn’t know how hard it is to keep it under control.
Well, that’s my story for now. I am very much better. and am on my way to recovery. I thank My healer !
God bless,
I finally graduated!!!
May 27, 2007
Hi everyone,
I finally graduated last Sunday from SDSU with my bachelors in Liberal Studies. It was an awesome weekend.
First, last Saturday, my sisters and best friend gave me a graduation party. The party was held at my church. I invited many people from work and from church. We all had lots of fun. I received so many nice gifts. My sisters blessed me with a Sony laptop computer and my friend Tonya gave me a digital camera. Just what I wanted. I lost my camera a couple of months earlier.
It was so weird receiving all the attention. I am not used to getting all the attention, I am the one who does everything for everyone. So it was kind of cool to be on the other side for once.
I thank God for all that He has done for me. If it wasn’t for Him I wouldn’t have finished. There were many days when I just wanted to quit, and just throw in the towel, but after I whined and prayed about it, God gave me the strength to go on.
The next day was graduation. That was fun and exciting. There were so many people there. I was so glad that I didnt’ get up there and trip and fall. When it was over and done, I still couldn’t believe that I was now a college graduate!
Well, here are some pictures of the party and the ceremony!

Hi everyone
April 15, 2007
It’s been awhile since I have written. I am so busy studying for my CSET and finishing up my three classes. They are so hard right now. Thank God I had three weeks off. And it was a great three weeks. I had lots of time to study. We went to the beach, Sea world, shopping, and of course we did lots of studying. I was able to do some spring cleaning too. My house really needed it.
God has been so good to us. I love Him so much. My son passed his training tests for prisoner transport. I am so proud of him. I hope he doesen’t get discouraged fast. He just needs to hang on and tough things out.
Well, I need to read some more psychology. Boring!
I’ll write more later,
God Bless
Some say the Jewish revival may not be true
April 3, 2007
I have received a couple of e-mails stating that the Jewish revival may not be true. The last e-mail by Jimmy Toney, a pastor of a church in Omaha, says that they are trying to investigate the story.
It saddens me that people could make up stories like the Jewish revival. I hope that it proves to true.
Anyway, I know that God can do anything, and He can have revival anywhere.
God Bless
Today is Monday
April 3, 2007
Today is Monday, my first day back from spring break at SDSU. I still have 2 more weeks off from my job. Yeah!
Today I went to the dentist, I had one tooth removed and the dentist also did gum surgery. My mouth really hurts right now. I am going to take some motrin and go to sleep. But first I am going to find somthing to eat. It has to be soft to chew. I’ll see if I have some soup. If not, maybe I’ll have eggs.
Today I also turned in my credential program packet. Please pray that I am accepted into the program. I’ll find out next month. In a way I hope I am, and then again I hope that I am not. Right now I am very tired and burned out. So it doesn’t really matter what happens. I’ll be happy either way.
well, I need to go eat and then take my motrin and go to sleep!
take care and God Bless!
I just found a new update on the Messianic Jews
March 28, 2007
I was on the Nebraska district website today, and found an update about the Jewish revival. So here is what I found: you can go to the website at: http://neupc.org/revivaljews.
or you can read it here:
Revival Among Jews
by Rev. Russell W. Wolf
Nebraska District Superintendent
After prophecies went forth about revival fires igniting in Nebraska and how they would spread throughout North America, thousands have been baptized in Jesus’ name and have received the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
Nebraska is in apostolic revival, and it is quickly spreading across our nation. The flames of revival have even leaped across the Great Pond and have spread to the nation of Israel.
A Jewish man, who now attends Calvary Tabernacle UPC (Grand Island, Nebraska), was pastor of a Salvation Army church. He attended a service where God spoke to him through tongues and called him by name in the Hebrew language. He had been baptized several years before in Jesus’ name, but had not had his family baptized.
He met with Nebraska District Superintendent Russell W. Wolf earlier this year and explained that he had just retired from the Salvation Army. He expressed a desire to make the Grand Island church his home church.
This gentleman flew to California and witnessed to his cousins who are Rabbis (he is from the Cohen family of the tribe of Levi, a direct descendant from Aaron). God opened his cousins’ eyes, and they saw Jesus’ name baptism.
On Friday, March 2, 2007, four congregations of Messianic Jews (720 people) were baptized in Jesus’ name and 102 of them received the Holy Ghost as they came out of the water.
On Saturday, March 3, over 1000 Messianic Jews (five congregations) were filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost, as evidenced by speaking in other tongues, as the Spirit swept over that building.
Two young boys began to dance in the Holy Ghost and speak in other tongues before a single lesson could be taught or the message could be preached. As a result, a wave of the God’s Spirit swept through the place and nearly every one was filled with His Spirit. They ran, danced, shouted, jumped, rolled and rejoiced as the Spirit of God transformed their lives. It was evident that no one had to teach them to rejoice when the Spirit came.
The next day a messianic congregation in Lincoln, Nebraska was presented the biblical truth of being baptized in Jesus’ name, and they were told of the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
One hundred eighty souls were baptized on Friday, March 16. And in an event of biblical proportions, 5,000 were baptized last week in Israel! Bro. Wolf has traveled to New York City and to San Francisco to present these precious truths to Jewish congregations. He stated, “The open doors are beyond comprehension.”
The time for truth is now. The prophesied revival of the name of Jesus is here. Let us go forth in boldness to fulfill His will.
I’ll try to find out more later.
God Bless
The test was so hard
March 17, 2007
The CSET test was so hard. I just hope that I pass. I won’t know the score until April 19. I better sign up for the other test in May. The things that had me stumped were the short response on describe the function of the lungs. and describe how it circulates through out the body. Like I don’t remember studying that part. the other part that got me was describe the seasons, like equinox, and stuff like that. I totally got that messed up. I know that I should have looked that up. I know that I got it all mixed up. oh well I’ll know better next time.
well, gotta go now.
God Bless
